SOCCER INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please observe the following Terms and Conditions to all competitions conducted by Soccer International (unless otherwise specified).

For Games of Skill

1. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion. 2. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury of suffering or sustained in connection with any of the prizes offered except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 3. All entries become the property of the promoter. 4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail nor for any prizes damaged in transit. 5. The promoter is Blitz Publications, 1 Miles St, Mulgrave, Victoria 3170.
COMPETITION NAME Promotion (1-5).

(6). Promotion commences on first of each month after publication and closes last mail on the 20th of each month. (7). The competition will be judged b y a panel appointed by the Promoters on INSERT DATE. (8). This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on the identified selection criteria. The best valid entry/entries, as determined by the judges will receive the nominated prize. (9). These prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. (10). The judges’ decision is final and no correspondences will be entered into. (11). To enter follow the instructions specified in each competition.

For Games of Chance

1. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except those residing in SA, employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion. 2. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury of suffering or sustained in connection with any of the prizes offered except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 3. All entries become the property of the promoter. 4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail nor for any prizes damaged in transit. 5. SOCCER INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS Promotion (1-5).

(6). The competition will be drawn at the premises of the Promoters on the 20th of each month (where applicable) (7). The first entries drawn will receive the nominated prize for the competition for which they’ve entered. (8). Once the draw has taken place, no further correspondence will be entered into. (9). Entry criteria is specified in the instructions of the competition. (11) NSW Permit No. LTPM/09/00615 valid until 30/10/2010)
